Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Meridian, Idaho is hiring to drive sales by engaging customers through live events and sampling at retail locations. No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed.

We offer competitive wages, growth opportunities, and benefits; you will work 4+ days a week with some weekend shifts. Training and team support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Available 4+ days a week including Sunday & Monday
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours
• Able to prep, cook and clean work area and equipment
• Reliable transportation to the work location
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and coordinating demos.
• Set up and break down demos and assist with interviewing and onboarding new teammates.

In addition, you will support leadership through tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and breaking down demos, and assisting with interviewing and onboarding new team members.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available 4+ days a week including Sunday & Monday
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
