Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring for retail event staff to drive sales by engaging customers with live events and product sampling. You will support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new team members.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed; 18+ years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs are needed. Flexible hours with 4+ days per week, including Sundays and Mondays, are available.

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work 4+ days a week including Sunday & Monday.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Able to prep, cook, and clean work area and equipment.

• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
