Advantage Solutions is seeking a customer-focused team member to drive sales through live events and product sampling in Lawrence, KS. You will interact with customers, support leadership with scheduling and reporting, and assist with onboarding new teammates.

The role requires physical stamina including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. We welcome candidates 18+, with flexible 4+ days/week availability, and a can-do attitude.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available 4+ days a week including Sunday & Monday
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
