Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring for a live events and product sampling role in Pleasanton, CA. You will engage customers, present brands, and help bring events to life in everyday shopping locations.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; you will also assist with interviewing and onboarding new teammates as needed.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Able to work 4+ days a week including Sunday and Monday.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and standing up to 6 hours.

In addition, you will support leadership through tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and breaking down demos, and assisting with interviewing and onboarding new team members.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available 4+ days a week including Sunday & Monday
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
