Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring to drive in-store sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling. You will support leaders with reporting, training, scheduling, and helping to interview and onboard new teammates.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; 18+ and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required. Benefits and flexible hours may be available, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Available 4+ days a week including Sunday & Monday.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Able to prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Works independently but also collaborates in a team environment.
