Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking team members to drive sales through engaging live events and sampling in community settings. You will bring brands to life, interact with customers, and support store leadership with event setup and execution.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and ongoing team support. The role offers $23.00 per hour, with potential for additional hours and personalized benefits to fit family needs.

In this position, you'll drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life by providing live events and sampling to consumers where they live and shop. In addition, you will support leadership through tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and breaking down demos, and assisting with interviewing and onboarding new team members.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are a 18 years or older
• Available 5 days a week, including Sunday and Monday
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
