McCormick PA is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to help residents regain communication and swallowing abilities in a skilled nursing setting. You will work with a supportive team to evaluate, plan, implement, and document individualized therapy with physician orders and care plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP preferred; pediatric and SNF rehab experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals.
• Provide skilled speech therapy services per physician orders and care plans.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on goals and techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation per regulatory requirements.
