Stormont Vail Health is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to evaluate and treat cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders. You will review referrals and collaborate with the care team to develop effective plans.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification; may be in process.
• State SLP license (KDADS) required.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive cognitive/communication assessments.
• Evaluate swallowing function and plan treatments.
• Develop goal-oriented treatment programs.
• Review physician referrals and medical records.
• Educate patient and family; support home programs.
• Coordinate with healthcare team on interventions.
• Document progress in patient records and systems.
• Supervise CFY candidates and supervise fieldwork.
