Corewell Health Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide individualized care for patients with a range of communication and swallowing disorders, across adults and children, under physician referral.

The role requires evaluation, goal setting, and treatment plan development, with a focus on maximizing independence and contributing to department growth and education opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP or CFY (ASHA) required or in CFY.
• Licensure in Speech Pathology – Michigan (required) or temporary license during CFY.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate referred patients and establish patient- and family-centered goals.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans to improve speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, fluency and swallowing.
• Promote independence in discharge planning and participate in performance improvement and education initiatives.
