Qualifications

• 6+ months of specimen collection experience or 1+ year in medical field supporting patients.
• 2+ years of customer service can substitute for medical experience.
• Proficiency with smartphones and computers required.
• HIPAA, confidentiality and compliance awareness expected.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid specimens.
• Process and package collections for shipping.
• Serve as liaison between practice/clinic and lab.
• Record patient information and physician order details.
• Resolve specimen and billing or patient information issues.
• Maintain collection supplies inventory onsite.
• Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens when applicable.
• Travel between facilities may be required.
