Millennium Health LLC is seeking a part-time male specimen collector in Rochester, MN to collect urine and oral fluid samples and coordinate with the lab for processing. Qualifications

• 6+ months of specimen collector experience or 1+ year in a medical setting.
• 2+ years of customer service can substitute for medical experience.
• Ability to navigate a smartphone and computer.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• HIPAA/HiTrust/compliance awareness and security.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid specimens.
• Process and package collections for shipping.
• Serve as intermediary between the practice/clinic and the laboratory.
• Record patient information and physician order details.
• Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information.
• Order and maintain collection supplies inventory onsite.
• Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens.
