Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Willingness to work a mix of daytime, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with provided training.
• Able to work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Capable of moving materials up to 30 lbs. and assisting setup/breakdown.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and guests.
• Assist with event setup, including tables, chairs, and decorations.
• Monitor exhibits and spaces, enforce museum policies and safety rules.
• Check in ticket holders and guide visitors through activities.
• Support event cleanup and vendor entrance/exit procedures.
• Follow museum procedures for emergencies with the Emergency Coordinator.
