Apara Autism Centers is seeking an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in Houston, with travel between clients. This full-time role supports children with autism in their homes, following BCBA plans and maintaining accurate documentation.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), be fluent in English, at least 21, hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and be reliable, independent, and able to commute daily.

Formación

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
• Experience working with kids.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must maintain personal auto insurance which meets the following standards: Bodily Injury Liability - $100,000 per person / $250,000 per accident; Property Damage Liability - $100,000 per accident; Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist - Per state minimums.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
• Track progress & support families.
