Job summary

Houston In-Home ABA Group is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the Spring, TX area to deliver in-home ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work under supervision of an experienced BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans and help children reach developmental milestones.

Your role involves providing hands-on intervention, collecting data, and collaborating to refine plans while adhering to BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person ABA services in a child’s home.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill-building plans.
• Collect data and track progress using proprietary tech.
• Collaborate with your BCBA to adapt treatment plans.
• Follow BACB guidelines and codes of conduct.
