Job summary

Juniper Preserve in Bend, Oregon is seeking a part-time Spa Host to greet guests, orient facilities, manage appointments, and assist with smooth daily spa operations.

You will handle check-ins/outs, process payments, and promote services and retail, while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and coordinating with the spa team.

This role requires excellent communication, reliability, and discretion in handling guest information, with benefits including healthcare and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or front desk roles is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn scheduling systems and POS software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide overview of facilities and services.
• Issue lockers, robes, and slippers; escort guests to relaxation areas as needed.
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with questions about spa treatments, services, and retail products.
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of spa menu; explain treatments and retail offerings clearly.
• Promote spa treatments, services, and promotions to guests.
• Manage appointments, confirmations, and cancellations; check guests in/out for spa visits.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash per procedures.
• Maintain spa scheduling and POS software proficiency.
• Perform opening/closing duties and generate end-of-day reports.
