Job summary

Juniper Preserve in Bend, OR, is seeking a part-time Spa Host to deliver exceptional service and a welcoming guest experience. You will greet guests, manage appointments, process transactions, and support daily spa operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The role requires strong communication, a willingness to learn scheduling and POS systems, and the ability to maintain a spotless, guest-ready environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a front desk role preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to learn and confidently use scheduling systems and POS software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide spa facility overview, and orient new arrivals.
• Issue lockers, robes, slippers, and escort guests to relaxation areas as appropriate.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries about spa services, and upsell treatments and retail.
• Process spa appointments, check in/out guests, and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized spa areas and assist with room resets and inventory.
