Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote a warm, relaxed feeling for guests and residents.
• Personalize each massage or body treatment to guests' needs.
• Interact professionally with guests and members in person or over the phone.
• Accurately identify guests by name and provide consistent service.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock treatment rooms.
• Educate guests on VH Spa services and products.
• Schedule and manage bookings to ensure timely appointments.
