Radiant Reflections in Hattiesburg, MS is seeking two part-time Patient Experience Coordinators for 12–25 hours per week. The role goes beyond a traditional front desk, involving greeting, scheduling, payments, education of services, and support for events and social media.

Qualifications

• Previous medical spa experience is not required.
• Strong candidates may come from hospitality, retail, banking, medical/dental offices, customer service, sales, college programs, or the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in/out, schedule and assist patients
• Answer phones, texts and patient inquiries
• Process payments and encourage rebooking
• Educate patients about services, promotions and memberships
• Follow up with new leads and inactive/overdue patients
• Assist with before-and-after photos
• Help prepare rooms, restock supplies and maintain an organized environment
• Support retail sales, occasional social media and special events
• Complete assigned PatientNOW tasks and assist the team wherever needed
