Responsibilities

  • Provide expert wine service by recommending and selling wines tailored to guests’ preferences and meal choices.
  • Upsell wines and related beverages to maximize sales while ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of our wine list, food offerings, and current industry trends to inform guest recommendations.
  • Serve wine professionally, ensuring proper pouring techniques and adherence to food safety standards.
  • Support team members in food and beverage service.
  • Operate POS systems such as Toast accurately for transactions, cash handling, and order processing.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times.
  • Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere by delivering outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism.
