Job summary

SolarShoppers in Palmdale, CA is hiring motivated part-time representatives to connect homeowners with our solar and battery team. You’ll earn $25 per hour with uncapped performance bonuses while building local relationships in a role that blends in-person outreach with approved remote follow-up.

The position focuses on warm conversations, developing partnerships, and following up to schedule consultations. Onboarding and coaching are provided at our Palmdale office.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Hospitality, retail client development, or community outreach experience welcome.
• Solar experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Start conversations with homeowners through warm introductions and permission-based outreach.
• Develop local partnerships with businesses and community contacts.
• Use social media to share approved content and respond to inquiries.
• Keep opportunities moving with follow-ups and gather information for consultations.
• Stay organized with accurate contact records and appointment details.
