Job summary

SolarShoppers is seeking a locally connected sales advocate in Palmdale/Lancaster, CA to generate homeowner interest in solar and battery options. You’ll leverage your network and social media skills to bring qualified homeowners to our sales team, while our team handles technical questions, proposals, and closing.

This role is not door-knocking. You don’t need solar expertise, but you should be comfortable talking to people, following up, and scheduling consultations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain opportunities clearly.
• Maintain local relationships and leverage introductions in Palmdale/Lancaster.
• Proficient with social media platforms and keeping conversations moving.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and follow through.
• Experience in sales, customer service, marketing, hospitality, or outreach is welcome.

Monthly earning potential: $5,000–$15,000 in commissions, depending on production

The opportunity

Your focus is generating interest and bringing qualified homeowners to our sales team through social media, personal connections, warm referrals, and local relationship building. Our team handles the technical questions, proposals, and closing so you can focus on creating opportunities and following through.

This is not a door-knocking position. You do not need to be a solar expert, but you do need to be comfortable talking with people and consistently following up.

What you’ll do

• Build relationships: Connect with homeowners in Palmdale and Lancaster through your existing network and warm introductions.
• Market on social media: Share company-approved content and real customer stories that generate conversations.
• Respond to interest: Follow up with people who ask questions, comment, message you, or request more information.
• Connect homeowners with our team: Help interested homeowners provide the information needed for a consultation and schedule their appointment.
• Stay organized: Track your contacts, appointments, and follow-up so opportunities do not get lost.
• Represent SolarShoppers professionally: Be honest, helpful, and respectful. No pressure tactics or promises you cannot support.

Compensation

Illustrative monthly commission earnings range from $5,000 to $15,000, based on generating two to six qualifying deals in a month. Your earnings depend on your results.
