Job summary

SolarShoppers in Palmdale and Lancaster, CA is seeking motivated people to generate interest from homeowners and connect them with our sales team for solar and battery options.

You will build relationships, market on social media, respond to inquiries, and schedule consultations, all from a home-based setting with no need for solar expertise.

If you’re locally connected and a strong communicator, you can turn referrals into opportunities while we handle proposals and the closing.

Monthly earning potential: $5,000–$15,000 in commissions, depending on production

Know people in Palmdale or Lancaster? Turn your local connections, social media skills, and follow-through into an income opportunity while helping homeowners explore solar and battery options.

The opportunity

Your focus is generating interest and bringing qualified homeowners to our sales team through social media, personal connections, warm referrals, and local relationship building. Our team handles the technical questions, proposals, and closing so you can focus on creating opportunities and following through.

This is not a door-knocking position. You do not need to be a solar expert, but you do need to be comfortable talking with people and consistently following up.

What you’ll do

• Build relationships: Connect with homeowners in Palmdale and Lancaster through your existing network and warm introductions.
• Market on social media: Share company-approved content and real customer stories that generate conversations.
• Respond to interest: Follow up with people who ask questions, comment, message you, or request more information.
• Connect homeowners with our team: Help interested homeowners provide the information needed for a consultation and schedule their appointment.
• Stay organized: Track your contacts, appointments, and follow-up so opportunities do not get lost.
• Represent SolarShoppers professionally: Be honest, helpful, and respectful. No pressure tactics or promises you cannot support.

Compensation

Illustrative monthly commission earnings range from $5,000 to $15,000, based on generating two to six qualifying deals in a month. Your earnings depend on your results.
