Tailwind Group's Overlook Norman, a garden-style student housing community in Norman, Oklahoma, seeks a Marketing Assistant to boost the property's online presence with engaging photo and video content across social media. You will help create and execute the monthly marketing calendar, support leasing and resident retention efforts, and drive local outreach and events.

This is a part-time, in-office role requiring 15-20 hours weekly, with rotating nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• University enrollment in marketing or related field preferred.
• Experience with photo/video editing and social media content creation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service with residents, prospects, vendors, officials, and community members.
• Produce high-quality photo and video content for social media and promotional materials.
• Manage property social profiles, post regularly, respond to comments, and foster engagement.
• Collaborate with office staff to support leasing and resident retention efforts.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure cohesive posting across platforms.
• Assist with campus/community outreach, events, and partner collaborations.
• Showcase resident experiences through digital marketing content.
• Ensure marketing materials accurately reflect property features and amenities.
• Stay updated on market trends and social media best practices.
• Assist with turnover periods and move-in/move-out procedures.
