Job summary

Mondelēz International Decatur, GA is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll follow DSD merchandising principles and collaborate with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure brand visibility and consumer-ready aisles.

You will lift up to 25 lbs, work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, and represent Mondelēz with energy and professionalism while delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations with mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally).
• Retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Decatur, GA (primary) and Atlanta, GA (secondary).
• Schedule availability: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across stores
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and retail teams via Salesforce
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting and moving products in a physical role
