Mondelēz International in the United States (Palm Springs/Indio area) is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll work with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure our brands shine in-store with flawless execution.

This role offers a 6:00 AM start, open weekends, mileage reimbursement, an engaged team, and opportunities for growth within Mondelēz's merchandising network.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Valid REAL ID license, U.S. passport, or federal ID for military base service.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and excellence.
• Provide outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DMI merchandising principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to the RTM and retail team.
