Job summary

Mondelez International in Wisconsin is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches across Burlington and Muskego locations. You’ll work a flexible schedule with 25 hrs/week, starting early morning (06:00–08:00) and serving as the face of the brand.

The role emphasizes professional in-store execution, driving, and maintaining brand standards while collaborating with the RTM for efficient coverage and timely promotions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance to multiple locations.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering great customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following merchandising principles, capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plans are followed.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and retail teams via Salesforce.
• Stay Safe and compliant, including lifting and moving products.
