Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Monroe, WI to bring iconic brands to life in stores. You’ll stock shelves, build displays, and place orders via iPad while maintaining in-stock conditions and following RTM plans.

The role emphasizes professional store relationships, safety, and timely seasonal support. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and can lift up to 25 lbs with occasional 50 lb pushes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Positive and professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Own vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Monroe, WI; primary location.
• Schedule: Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun, 20–25 hrs/wk.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores and execute merchandising standards.
• Capture display photos and manage stock via iPad/Salesforce.
• Set up promotions and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Communicate store insights to the RTM team.
• Stay safe and compliant; handle physical tasks as needed.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility events.
