Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches across assigned stores. You’ll represent the brand with energy, work closely with the Retail Territory Manager, and ensure our iconic brands—Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit—are showcased and shopper-ready.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 with a valid driver’s license, ready for early hours, and able to lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally).

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs; push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Own a vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of McMinnville, OR.
• Schedule: Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun start 6:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelez in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Execute store visits following merchandising principles, capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure adherence to RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving products.
