Job summary

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn GED while gaining skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical activities: lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasional 50 lbs movements.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location: Nantucket, MA.
• Schedule availability varies weekly.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves and rotate products to maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and retail teams via Salesforce.
• Stay physically active, safe, and compliant during merchandising tasks.
