Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches in Utah. You will work closely with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and other brands are well-presented and ready for shoppers.

The role offers a flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, 401 savings plan, and health and well-being programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform hard physical work (lifting, bending) up to 25 lbs; sometimes up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Vernal, UT; Roosevelt, UT as secondary locations.
• Schedule: Friday–Sunday–Monday; starts by 5 am; 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a can-do attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering excellent service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Stock shelves and rotate products; maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays per negotiated plans; follow RTM guidance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and comply with physical requirements of the role.
