Old Sturbridge Academy Charter Public School & Worcester Cultural Academy Charter Public School seeks a part‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our Worcester campus. You will manage a direct service caseload, perform evaluations, and collaborate with families and staff to support student communication goals.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Speech‑Language Pathology, MA licensure or eligibility, and CCC‑SLP/CF experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Massachusetts licensure or eligibility to practice in MA.
• CCC‑SLP from ASHA, or CF‑level eligibility preferred.
• Experience conducting school-based speech and language evaluations.
• Strong IEP writing and collaboration with educational teams.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish, Portuguese, or other) encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students.
• Write evaluation and IEP-related reports in compliance with regulations.
• Provide direct services to students individually and in small groups.
• Supervise SLPA on-site and maintain confidential records.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support goals.
