Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to impact student communication and learning within a Marlborough, MA school-based setting. This contract role blends direct therapy with referrals consultation, averaging 1.5 to 5 hours weekly to support academic success.

The role requires a Master's in SLP, MA licensure eligibility, and CFY/CCC preferences; pediatric experience is valued. Flexible schedule and collaborative team environment offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Massachusetts licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Massachusetts
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) strongly preferred; CFY candidates considered
• Previous experience with pediatric populations, ideally in educational or healthcare settings
• Ability to provide both direct therapy and consultative services
• Commitment to collaborative work with school staff, families, and students
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability for a dynamic school environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy to students, both individually and in small groups
• Participate in consultations, assessments, and meetings to support student referrals
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized goals and treatment plans
• Document progress, collaborate on IEPs, and offer actionable recommendations to school teams
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals regarding student needs and progress
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines
