Qualifications

• Skills in evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders from kindergarten through high school.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support progress.
• Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress notes.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to an inclusive school environment.

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though consideration given to those completing CF
• Experience managing diverse K-12 caseloads strongly preferred
• Strong skills in evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through high school
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students needs and IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports
