Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active SLP licensure in the practicing state.
• CCC-SLP certification (ASHA) required or equivalent.
• Experience with neurodivergent populations and collaborative care.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with transdisciplinary care.
• Educate and empower families to extend strategies at home.
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs, building leadership capacity.
