Job summary

Cortica in Concord, CA is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide dynamic, play-based therapy for children and families, with opportunities to grow to full-time through our Clinical Ladder Program. Develop individualized treatment plans, educate and empower families, and supervise SLPA staff.

You'll collaborate with neurologists, developmental pediatricians, nurses, ABA, OT, PT, and music therapists to deliver integrated, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, licensure in state of practice, and CCC-SLP certification.
• Experience or interest in mentorship and leadership roles.
• Commitment to collaborative, integrated care for neurodivergent populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech-language therapy for children.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with transdisciplinary care.
• Educate and empower families to apply communication strategies at home.
• Supervise and mentor SLPA staff and contribute to clinical leadership.
