Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active licensure in state.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy to children.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in a transdisciplinary model.
• Educate and empower families to carry strategies into daily life.
• Supervise and mentor SLPA staff, contributing to leadership and growth.
• Engage in cross-discipline consultations to optimize outcomes.
