Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in California to deliver dynamic, play-based therapy within a transdisciplinary pediatric care model. You will develop individualized plans, educate families, and supervise SLPAs while pursuing leadership opportunities through Cortica’s Clinical Ladder Program.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required and active licensure in applicable state(s).
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred; CFs encouraged to apply.
• Passion for collaborative, integrative care with neurodivergent populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy integrating sensory, motor, and cognitive strategies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with a transdisciplinary care model.
• Educate and empower families to apply communication strategies at home.
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs and contribute to clinician development.
