Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active SLP licensure required.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred; CFs encouraged to apply.

• Strong leadership potential and interest in mentorship and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with a transdisciplinary approach.
• Educate and empower families; extend strategies into daily life.
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs to enhance leadership within the field.
