OneWell Health Care is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide personalized therapy to individuals with IDD in home and community settings in Pennsylvania. This per-diem, part-time role offers flexible scheduling and travel to client locations.

The SLP will assess communication and swallowing needs, create treatment plans, and collaborate with families and professionals to improve communication, independence, and quality of life.

Formación

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current and valid SLP license in the state of practice (PA).
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
• Experience with IDD in home or community settings preferred.
• English proficiency required; bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, AAC, and swallowing needs.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy across communication and feeding/swallowing domains.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and participate in meetings/trainings.
