Job summary

OneWell Health Care seeks a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide personalized therapy to individuals with IDD in home and community settings across Pennsylvania.

This per-diem, part-time role offers flexible scheduling, field-based work, and opportunities to collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team while developing plans and delivering evidence-based therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license in the state of practice (PA).
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
• Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to home and community sites.
• Experience with IDD, home/community-based services, and AAC/dysphagia preferred.
• English proficiency required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, cognitive-communication, AAC, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based speech, communication, AAC, feeding, and swallowing therapy.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate caregivers on communication strategies, AAC use, and safe swallowing practices.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation and participate in meetings.
