Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide personalized therapy in home and community-based settings in Pennsylvania. This per-diem/per‑Diem role offers flexible scheduling and part-time/PRN opportunities to fit the right candidate's availability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current and valid Pennsylvania SLP license.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
• Experience with IDD and home/community-based services preferred.
• English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, cognitive-communication, AAC, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based speech, communication, AAC, feeding, and swallowing therapy.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate caregivers on communication strategies, AAC use, and safe swallowing practices.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in required meetings and trainings.
