OneWell Health Care in Corsica, PA is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy to individuals with IDD in home and community settings in Pennsylvania.

You will assess communication and swallowing needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and other professionals to improve communication and quality of life.

This part-time, per-diem role offers flexible scheduling, travel to service locations, and ongoing professional support.

Formación

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current and valid SLP license in PA.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct speech, language, cognitive-communication, AAC, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based speech, communication, AAC, feeding, and swallowing therapy.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate caregivers on communication strategies, AAC use, and safe swallowing practices.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in required meetings and trainings.
