Integrated Facility Services Hawaiʻi is seeking an experienced Site Manager to own daily site operations, coordinate teams and service providers, and maintain properties to high standards on-site in Hawaiʻi. The role targets hands-on leadership, problem solving, organization, and building strong client and vendor relationships.

The position offers part-time hours, on-site work, and the company provides benefits and opportunities for professional development.

• Daily property inspections and documentation.
• Monthly maintenance inspections.
• Quality control oversight of the Janitor's work.
• Pool maintenance and chemical testing (CPO certification is strongly recommended and considered an eventual qualification for this role).
• Owner and resident relations and customer service.
• Vendor meetings, coordination, and invoice processing.
• Administrative reporting — daily logs, monthly reports, incident reports.
• Emergency response coordination and on-call availability.

We’re seeking a Site Manager who can take ownership of daily site operations, coordinate teams and service providers, and ensure that properties are maintained to the highest standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, staying organized, and building positive relationships with clients, residents, vendors, and team members.

• Annual Salary: $27 per hour
• Employment Type: Part Time
• Work Location: On-site
• Needs to get CPO within 90 days (company will pay)

Key Responsibilities

The Site Manager would be responsible for all management and administrative functions, including but not limited to:

• Daily property inspections and documentation
• Monthly maintenance inspections
• Quality control oversight of the Janitor's work
• Pool maintenance and chemical testing (CPO certification is strongly recommended and considered an eventual qualification for this role)
• Violation identification, notices, and follow-up
• Owner and resident relations and customer service
• Vendor meetings, coordination, and invoice processing
• Purchase order requisition
• Administrative reporting — daily logs, monthly reports, incident reports
• Board meeting attendance
• Emergency response coordination and on-call availability
• Key and access control records
• New resident registration and orientation

Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment and random drug testing.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.
• Flexibility to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.

Preferred Experience and Skills

We’re interested in candidates who bring strong organizational, leadership, and customer service skills. The following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience supervising employees, coordinating teams, or managing daily operations.
• Two or more years of experience in property management, residential services, or facility operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, resolve issues, and make sound decisions.
• Professional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer skills, including email, reporting, and recordkeeping.
• Education or training in business, hospitality, accounting, property management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, or general maintenance.
• Experience in facilities, housekeeping, security, operations, or administrative support.
