Job summary

Integrated Facility Services Hawaii is hiring a Part Time Site Manager for Ewa Beach. The role focuses on day-to-day site operations, resident relations, and coordinating with vendors to maintain community standards.

The candidate should lead a team, ensure safety, and uphold house rules while managing budgets and records. Flexible, customer-focused, and available to work Mon/Wed/Fri and Tue/Thu as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States with at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Flexible and adaptable; team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the overall site operations.
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and maintenance requests.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Foster a sense of community among residents through events and initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed.
• Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Enforce house rules of the community and maintain records.
