Role Description

The Site Manager is a full-time or part time, on-site role based in Honolulu, HI, responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility operations and service delivery. This position coordinates janitorial, maintenance, landscaping, and other site services to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. The Site Manager assigns tasks, supervises on-site staff and contractors, monitors service performance, and addresses client requests or concerns in a timely manner. The role involves conducting regular site inspections, managing supplies and equipment, enforcing safety and compliance procedures, and supporting budget and cost control for the location. The Site Manager also prepares reports, maintains documentation, and collaborates with company leadership and clients to continuously improve service and site conditions.

Qualifications

• Facility operations and site management experience, including oversight of janitorial, maintenance, and landscaping services.
• Skills in staff supervision, scheduling, task assignment, and performance coaching in a service-oriented environment.
• Ability to build effective client relationships, communicate clearly, and respond promptly to service requests and issues.
• Knowledge of safety standards, OSHA guidelines, and compliance procedures relevant to facility and site operations.
• Basic budgeting, cost control, and vendor coordination skills to support efficient site management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, reporting tools) for documentation and communication.
• Previous experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
