Job summary

Ludlow Boys & Girls Club, Inc. is seeking a Site Coordinator for the Before School program.

This part-time, non-exempt position supports youth development by supervising the site and assisting the School Age Director in delivering age-appropriate activities. Responsibilities include overseeing daily activities, maintaining records, ensuring safety and health protocols, coordinating with parents and schools, and supervising part-time staff.

Qualifications

Must meet EEC requirements for Site Coordinator.
Age at least 20 years.
Bachelor’s Degree in listed fields or equivalent experience.
Several pathways: 9 months experience with a related degree; or 6–9 months with an associate degree; or 1 year with high school diploma.

Responsibilities

Supervise Before School and After School Program and assist School Age Director in activities.
Oversee day-to-day program activities to meet standards and goals.
Encourage participation and provide instruction to develop skills.
Demonstrate leadership to ensure safety and development of children.
Maintain children’s files and incident reports.
Oversee staff supervision and allocate work to part-time staff.
Maintain records and reporting; ensure proper record keeping.
Ensure program areas are clean and sanitized before arrival and after departure.
Monitor member check-in and attendance.
Liaise with parents and schools; encourage parent involvement.
