Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Site Coordinator for the School Age program. This part-time, non-exempt role supports the Before School/After School program and assists the School Age Director in youth development and safety.

Responsibilities include developing age-appropriate activities, supervising daily program activities, maintaining records, coordinating with parents and schools, and ensuring EEC health and safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: must meet EEC requirements for Site Coordinator.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development, ECE, Elementary Education, etc. or related field.
• HS diploma with relevant experience or higher qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop age-appropriate programs and activities.
• Oversee day-to-day activities per standards and goals.
• Maintain records and supervise staff and attendance.
• Communicate with parents and schools; ensure safety and health protocols.
