Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Hartford is seeking a Part-time Before Care Youth Development Professional to supervise school-age youth before the school day starts. Responsibilities

Actively supervise youth during arrival, breakfast, activities, and bus departure.
Welcome youth and help them start their day positively.
Follow sign-in, attendance, and youth-release procedures.
Know bus assignments and departure times for each group.
Escort youth to the correct bus and verify departures.
Conduct regular headcounts and track youth locations.
Report injuries or safety concerns to the Program Supervisor.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming program space.
Communicate important information about youth, attendance, and transportation to the team.
