Job summary

Default Brand is looking for a Site Coordinator to oversee our out-of-school program. This role focuses on ensuring a safe, clean, and inviting environment for elementary students, while also developing lesson plans and fostering a supportive atmosphere for students and staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities include planning schedules and lessons, maintaining student records, and supervising staff and students. This is a part-time position (35 hours/week) with flexible hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a licensed child care setting preferred.
• Prior experience working with children is required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily and weekly site schedule.
• Plan and facilitate a minimum of four lessons per month.
• Communicate with parents daily about student progress.
