Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is looking for a part-time Bus Driver to provide safe and friendly transportation for residents, supporting appointments, activities, and outings. The role requires assisting mobility needs, operating wheelchair lifts, and maintaining punctual routing.

Qualifications

Must be at least 25 years of age with a valid driver's license.
Part-time schedule of ~20 hours per week with flexible availability.
Strong communication and calm, helpful demeanor in a busy environment.
Solid knowledge of the local area for efficient routing.
Ability to use navigation tools, including electronic and paper maps.

Responsibilities

Provide dependable transportation for residents to help them stay active and independent.
Assist residents with mobility needs by safely operating the wheelchair lift and securing wheelchairs.
Keep rides on time by managing requests and reducing wait times.
Maintain a clean, safe shuttle bus through routine cleaning and inspections.
Support the team during downtime by taking on simple maintenance or custodial tasks.
